We can manage the property, which involves the following services:

  • We shall carry out and perform all the necessary functions needed to ensure the smooth running of the property.
  • We shall visit the property in regular intervals (at least once per week) to ensure that it is secure and that all the services are running normally.
  • A contract cleaner will be arranged to clean the property whenever is requested by the Client.
  • If the property has a garden, a gardener will be employed when necessary to tidy the garden.
  • We will pay and account to the Client for any bills for utilities such as gas, electricity, telephone, water council tax, service charges etc.
  • Any repairs required referring to fixtures fittings and services of the Client’s Property will be carried out by suitable contractors.

We can also offer the following optional services. These include:

  • Matters pertaining to the fabric and/or structural repair of the premises.
  • Arranging building and/or contents insurance with prime insurers.
  • In the event that it is necessary to make an insurance claim pertaining to the property we will undertake to do so. Our services are:
    a) Submitting such claims.
    b) Negotiations with Loss Adjusters.
    c) Preparing and negotiating estimates with builders and tradesmen.
    d) Supervision of repair works.
